The Liceo de San Jacinto Foundation, Inc. (LSJFI) held a significant event on May 28, 2025, marking the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit (NROTCU) Donning of Ranks for Midshipman Officers and Staff Turnover, as well as the Military Science 2 (MS2) Graduation. The ceremony was highlighted by the presence of esteemed guest speaker Onald V. Lotivio, Philippine Navy Deputy Commander of Naval Reserve Center-Southern Luzon. Also in attendance were key LSJFI officials, including Dr. Monina S. Moya, Executive Vice President; Melina G. Bartolay, Vice President; Carmina Cantonjos, OIC Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education; Hermogena Cañares, Assistant Dean of the College of Midwifery; Jomee Cabiles, LSJFI NSTP Director; and Dawson Cabiles, ROTC Coordinator.
