1. Parents should pre-register their children.

2. They are required to bring their children’s Birth Certificates and Grade 6 School Form 10  (Report Card).

 

However, for the facility of our recording processes, we encourage especially those in remote areas with internet signal to do the online quick pre-registration. To pre-register online, fill up the box below.

 










Note: For your pre-registration to be successful, send you attachments of Form137/Form 10, Card/Form 138, Photo and Birth Certificate in JPEG or PNG formats. Then, wait for the confirmation message telling you that your submission is  successful.
