Its human resources!
They are already accomplished practitioners in such work as lawyering, educational doctoring, medical doctoring, writing, publishing, corporate management, labor relations administration and other white-collar careers such that they may lead a self-assured professional life. Nevertheless, the coincidental advocatory attitude that innately run in them have generates their banding up in order to help their fellow townsfolk—for whom the original mission was intended—by making the latter gain leverage in the society through accessible and affordable education.
So these forerunners needed to chunk out some stretch of time from their personal ones to carry out their advocacy to help. The pioneering yields among the townspeople (mostly from San Jacinto, Masbate) were blessed enough with this realization.
In the pioneering years this was the thrust and trend. Until the present? It is. The difference lies in the fact that more and more people from nearby places and even extended places come to get educated with us. Another difference is that more and more mentors from extended places with the same advocatory attitude join our pool — our think tank.
