A Training Induction Program, particularly in Computer Systems Servicing NC II, is being conducted at Liceo de San Jacinto Foundation, Incorporated (LSJFI) since July 6, 2023. It entailed a one-day induction last July 6 and covers one and a half months of training beginning that day. Catering to scholar trainees from the four towns of San Jacinto, Masbate, the program is spearheaded by the LSJFI Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) department, the TESDA provincial office, and the program sponsor, AKO BICOL partylist.
A training induction program is a process of acclimating or adjusting employees to their new jobs and working environment, giving them introductory knowledge to start work (induction) and making them better at it (training).
