During the pageant on the second day of the Intramurals 2023 of Liceo de San Jacinto Foundation, Incorporated (LSJFI), Jestoni Medalla was declared as Mister Intrams 2023 while Emmalyn Lepiten was named as Miss Intrams 2023. Medalla is a fourth year BSEED student while Lepiten is a third year BSCRIM student.
