Maam Moya, as she is usually called in the campus, served as a school principal of various educational institutions such as Bartolabac Elementary School, Calipat-an Elementary School, San Jacinto Central School, and San Fernando Central School.
This was followed by a 4- year stint as Officer-in-Charge of Mobo Elementary School and Batuan Elementary School. As a district supervisor of public school, she further developed amongst the schools within San Jacinto, Masbate a commitment to excellence in teaching, more community engagement; and catalyzed more collaborations among educators and all different schools. In conjunction with her many duties associated with her day job, she was also appointed as Vice President of LSJFI since 2003, a position she held until recently. Besides this, she was also a college professor at the Education Department of the school.
A lifelong educator with an unwavering passion, even retirement in DepEd could not stop her from continuing the outstanding work she started being an educator and a leader. She comes to presidency after serving Liceo de San Jacinto Foundation, Incorporated for 17 years.
Dr. Moya assumes office this February 2021.
